What is a Local Real Estate Board?
Our premium selling system includes local board MLS® System listings on all local real estate boards in Ontario. That means maximum exposure with local agents and national visibility on REALTOR.ca.
When we say “local real estate board,” we don’t mean our service is limited to a local audience — we mean your listing also reaches your local professionals and buyer pool, which many competitors can’t or won’t offer. All listings can be seen worldwide on REALTOR.ca, regardless of which board they were loaded to.
Each province is divided into multiple real estate boards that represent local REALTORS®. Boards collect dues from their members and operate their local MLS® Systems under license from The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Property owners who want to sell privately can use a flat‑fee brokerage to post a “mere posting” on the MLS® System — that’s the service we provide across Canada.

With our service, you get exposure with buyers on REALTOR.ca and with local agents using their board’s MLS® System. New and updated listings are delivered to agents and to buyers using Private Client Services (PCS) — a key part of how serious buyers track inventory.
