Rockwool Insulation, great upgrade for privacy and efficiency, also sound, moisture and fire resistance safety. Windows and doors, with the exception of the large livingroom window. Drywall throughout. New furnace and electric water heater. Wood block foundation and wood framed skirting with insulation. Large deck w/ new metal shed. New elongated toilets. Lighting & fixtures. Faucets in kitchen and baths. Light switches & plug ins... Samsung Stainless Steel appliances. The washer dryer is also Samsung , but black in color and about 6 years old.

By the time I got to cabinetry My funds were drying out so I repurposed a kitchen, but they have been refinished. Counters were replaced. CCTV security cameras.... Plenty of parking....

The furnace is a NEW high efficency house furnace. It does need its filter housing constructed and humidifier attached to it once its done. I do have the humidifier new in box.

Flooring... Thought vinyl peel flooring would be a quick and easy idea. I would suggest its replacing, due to this I never bothered doing the baseboards and some of the other trim.

Front / 2nd Bedroom has been drywalled but still needs taping and mudding, as well as closets installed. Closets doors and hardware are there .

For The Deficiencies I have Deducted $10500 off of My asking price... My asking price is $189900 OBO!!!!
