Summer or Winter - But lets be honest everyone wants out of Canada in the Winter for a little break. This is my Villa Group Preferred Access package we are selling.

25 yrs remaining on a 30 yr membership. Pick a different resort every time if you like form the list below. You get 1200 points a year in package. Each location has a points chart for weekdays, weekends and weeks. 1200 points covers a Studio for almost all weeks in winter (not xmas week - would need more pts) in most locations.

Properties are located in: Cancun, Puerta Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Islands of Loreto, Rivera Nayarit

Summer weeks are cheaper in points by 150 to 200.. You can bank points you do not use each year and use points from the end of the contract as well. You can also buy extra 1200 pts from May to Oct at the same price as your yearly maintenance fee.

This is not an all inclusive plan, you can add that on if you like based on the number of days you use. Most rooms we have stayed in have a kitchen of some type and we tend to do our own breakfast and then we are out most of the day touring around the area so don't really spend much time using resort restaurants.

Most resorts have a local bus right out front that takes you to restaurant zones etc. for under $2

No limited on how many days you can book or points to use. It can be 3 days, 10days, etc. Your not tied to a must book sat - sat. Like most places.

There is a yearly maintenance fee is all.
