How to Turn This On

1. Start your listing setup with our MLS activation team.
2. When asked, request "Direct Access to ShowingTime/BrokerBay".

4. Set your preferred showing rules and availability.

Once activated, agents viewing your listing in participating boards will see the option to book directly through ShowingTime or BrokerBay, with the requests coming straight to you.

What is an MLS® System Listing?

When you list with EasyListRealty.ca, your property is entered on your local MLS® System by a licensed brokerage. This creates a full REALTOR®-grade listing that can be searched and viewed by agents and buyers.

From there, your listing is displayed on REALTOR.ca — Canada's most recognized public real estate search website — under the EasyListRealty.ca brokerage name.

Open house dates can be posted up to 4 weeks in advance, allowing buyers and agents to plan ahead and find your property when they specifically search for open houses.

How to use this service

2. Log into your ForSaleByOwner listing control system and open the Open House Schedule section.
3. Enter or adjust your open house dates and times; our brokerage syncs this to your MLS®/REALTOR.ca listing.
4. Your open houses appear in REALTOR.ca search results for buyers and agents.

MLS® System rules only allow the brokerage's contact information to appear on the REALTOR.ca version of your listing. To make sure you still get every lead, we've created a customized solution that automatically catches those inquiries and forwards them on to you.

How the auto-forwarding works

• A visitor on REALTOR.ca clicks an inquiry button on your listing.
• The inquiry is sent to us first, as required by MLS®/brokerage rules.
• Our system then immediately auto-forwards the inquiry to you.

The Two Main REALTOR.ca Inquiry Buttons

The exact REALTOR.ca layout varies by province and local real estate board, but generally there are two main inquiry buttons on a listing:

• "Request More Information" – for questions and basic details.

In addition to your main listing page, your property is also promoted across our FSBO syndication network and our sister classifieds website at FSBO.ca, giving you extra reach beyond a single site while still keeping you at the center of the conversation.

Some listings may not show up on every website in the list above due to technical issues or because a listing does not qualify under that destination website's rules or restrictions.

FSBO Inc. and Easy List Realty Ltd. are not responsible for any syndicated listings that:

• Do not appear on one or more destination portals.
• Appear with incorrect or missing data, including missing photos or changed photo order.
• Have been scraped by third-party portals from our servers without our consent.

The syndication service is provided as a marketing bonus. Your core exposure still comes from the MLS® System, REALTOR.ca, and your ForSaleByOwner.ca listing.

With this feature, you'll get access to key REALTOR.ca analytics for your MLS® System listing. Instead of wondering how your property is performing, you can see real data on how many people are viewing and interacting with your listing.

• Total views and impressions your listing receives on REALTOR.ca over time.
• How often your listing appears in search results vs. how often people click into it.
• Engagement signals that can help you gauge buyer interest.

Where to Access Your Stats

When available, REALTOR.ca analytics will be surfaced inside your seller tools so you can check performance alongside your other listing details. Watch how interest changes after price updates, photo changes, or open house announcements.

Specific metrics and update frequency may vary depending on board tools and data availability, but the goal is always the same: to give you meaningful insight into how your listing is doing in the wider marketplace.
