What are Private Client Services (PCS)?

When we load your listing to the MLS^® System, your property details are instantly e-mailed out through the PCS system to hundreds, and in many markets, to thousands of real estate agents and buyers, which is why so many of our properties sell within days of being posted.

This happens when we post your property to the proper Local Board, as explained in more detail on our "What is a Local Real Estate Board?" page.

Buyers who have registered for Private Client Services are notified about new properties before they even hit the REALTOR.ca website! It's a service provided by most real estate agents who are working with buyers, allowing those buyers to do the "leg work" in finding properties they are interested in. It's a great way for buyers to get the first peek at everything new when it hits the market, and it makes the job of the agent much easier, which is something they obviously embrace!

Here's how it works - The PCS system is free for buyers to use. Agents set the buyer up in the system, and it continuously checks for new properties and price changes in real time. Buyers are notified by email immediately when a new property comes to the market matching their entered search criteria. The buyers can actually contact you directly, or they can ask the agent who set them up on the PCS system to contact you on their behalf for a showing. Either way, the calls come directly to you, giving you the exposure you need to be successful.

The REALTOR.ca website also has a new function that allows buyers to set up notifications for new and updated properties as they are added to the listing database.

Our listings are included in this notification system just like a full service real estate agent listings are.
